TICKETING, SUBSIDIES & REFUNDS
Please purchase your full pass by June 10, otherwise your place may be given to someone on the waiting list. If you need to pay by installment please contact residents@thepalacecollective.org to arrange this.
If you cannot afford the full ticket and would like to apply for a subsidy please write to residents@thepalacecollective.org. Because The Palace Residency is completely non-profit and self-funded, we rely on ticket sales to produce the event. As such, we do ask you to consider what you can afford to pay when applying for a subsidised ticket.
TICKET PRICING
“RESIDENT PASS” €400: includes 2-week programme and 2 meals/day. Subsidised tickets available for Polish artists. Sliding scale and installment payment schemes are also available. Get in touch for more information.
“SUBSIDISED PASS”: sliding scale pricing. If you are accepted and unable to afford a full residency pass but would like to attend please contact us at residents@thepalacecollective.org. Because The Palace Residency is completely non-profit and self-funded, we rely on ticket sales to produce the event. As such, we do ask you to consider what you can afford to pay when applying for a subsidised ticket.
“WEEKEND PASS” : More information to be announced.
REFUND POLICY
We understand that we live in an unpredictable world and that you may need to cancel your plans to attend the residency.
As The Palace Residency is a not-for-profit, co-created event, we depend on everyone’s financial contributions in the weeks and months leading up to the event. For this reason, we cannot offer full refund for late cancellations, especially if there is no one left on the waiting list to take your place.
In the event that you have to cancel after July 28 (less than 4 weeks before the residency), we can only guarantee a 25% refund.
